What you will do

• Provide day-to-day project controls support and guidance to project managers and project teams.
• Perform cost engineering, cost analysis, schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Develop, maintain, and control integrated project baselines and enter cost and man-hour estimates into performance monitoring systems.
• Prepare monthly cost, man-hour, progress, and performance reports, including schedule analysis and management presentations.
• Analyze cost and schedule trends, recommend solutions, prepare cost-trend estimates, and assist with project change orders.
• Support project reviews, funding meetings, data calls, and internal, DOE, Inspector General, and GAO audits.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a DOE clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or an appropriate related field.
• At least 3 years of project-controls-related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling is required.
• Thorough understanding of earned value management techniques is required.
• Cost experience is preferred; 8–10 years of scheduling experience is preferred.
