What you will do

• Lead project teams to ensure work accuracy, coordination, and adherence to quality assurance measures.
• Develop preliminary cost estimates and project schedules based on conceptual designs and project requirements.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documentation to prepare accurate cost projections.
• Identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and update cost estimating databases and present detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various company divisions across North America to pursue new project opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Evansville, IN, USA
• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of applicable industry experience in project controls.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Aspen Tech (Capital Cost Estimator or In-Plant Estimator).
• Working knowledge of American Association Cost Engineers (AACE) industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Nice to have

• Field experience in the construction industry managing budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency in cost estimating tools such as RSMeans or CostX.
