Location: Onsite at 3911 S Jog Rd, Greenacres, Florida 33467, United States

Annual salary: $160,000–$260,000, plus performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Supervise, develop, and hold facility management teams accountable across multiple facilities.
• Drive customer service standards, operational excellence, and execution of company programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, safety controls, loss prevention, and quality assurance routines.
• Manage market financial performance by analyzing reports, budgets, forecasts, expenses, and capital requirements.
• Develop workforce strategies covering recruitment, capability gaps, mentorship, succession planning, and talent retention.
• Build internal and external partnerships, lead community initiatives, and support continuous improvement and organizational change.

Requirements

• Five years of experience supervising management associates, or three years as a Store Manager, or five years supervising managers with P&L responsibility and employment decision-making authority.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of all required training and assessments.
• Ability to work full-time at the Greenacres, Florida facility.

Nice to have

• Facility maintenance experience.
• Experience managing fuel or convenience stores.
• Retail management or retail operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science.
