Location: Novi Sad, Serbia; onsite

Company

Designs and delivers electrical distribution systems for vehicles, robotics, energy platforms, and other electrified, automated, and connected products.

What you will do

• Manage and implement customer-specific requirements while ensuring product and process compliance.
• Act as the main interface between customers and internal teams.
• Analyze quality issues and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor process performance, identify cost-of-poor-quality optimization opportunities, and initiate improvements.
• Develop and maintain control plans and quality documentation, including PFMEA.
• Coordinate customer complaint handling, participate in PPAP activities, and support quality-system improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum high school degree, IV level of education.
• Experience in the same or a similar position.
• Fluent English required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, teamwork, and creative problem-solving skills.
