Automotive "Flying Doctor" Technician

Location: Field-based role covering all Serbia

What you will do

• Manage escalated technical cases, validate information, perform deep-dive analysis, and define corrective actions.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to dealers and workshop teams, especially for electrical buses.
• Analyze vehicle fault codes, technical data, and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues.
• Prepare structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement areas.
• Monitor case-ageing, recurrence, and fix-it-right-first-time KPIs and flag early warning signals.
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base, best practices, and continuous improvement of support and workshop teams.

Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex vehicle repair in a dealer, workshop, or OEM environment.
• Ability to interpret OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and repair procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Proactive, logical, and inquisitive mindset with the ability to work in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to work in a field-based role covering all Serbia.
