Technical Service Engineer Serbia (f/m/d)

Location: Čačak, Serbia; regular travel to customer production sites and travel within Poland is required.

hirify.global is hiring for technical service work supporting surface-treatment applications and chemical production processes.

What you will do

• Visit customer production sites in Serbia and resolve technical issues related to surface treatment.
• Perform root cause analyses and stabilize chemical processes.
• Support customers in improving applications to increase quality and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities for new products and technologies.
• Provide hands-on support in production environments and communicate technical findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues in Central and Eastern Europe and update product specifications, articles, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, chemical technology, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in technical support or application engineering for surface treatment, electroplating, or metal pre-treatment is preferred.
• Skills in chemical analysis and production-data interpretation.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences and strong report-writing skills.
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and a valid driver’s licence.
