What you will do

• Learn modern technologies used to produce packaging materials.
• Lead preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and ensure safe, stable production.
• Perform systematic diagnostics and root cause analysis for equipment losses, then define corrective and preventive measures.
• Contribute to World Class Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance activities using structured problem-solving methods.
• Lead projects, participate in cross-functional activities, and prepare equipment modifications and improvements.
• Set goals, provide feedback, monitor performance, and support skills development.

Requirements

• Recently completed in 2025 or expected to complete in 2026 a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of and interest in automation, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving ability, personal drive, professional maturity, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and apply academic knowledge in practice.
• Fluent English and Serbian, written and verbal.
