What you will do

• Learn modern technology used in the production of packaging materials.
• Lead preventive maintenance activities for automation and electrical equipment to ensure stability and reliability.
• Drive systematic diagnostics and root cause analysis to define corrective and preventive countermeasures for equipment losses.
• Contribute to World Class Manufacturing (TPM) activities using the Infinite loop approach.
• Lead organizational projects and collaborate in cross-functional activities.
• Manage people by setting goals, providing feedback, and improving team skills.

Requirements

• Recent (2025) or upcoming (2026) graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Serbian, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in automation and electrical systems.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong personal drive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and apply theoretical knowledge to practice.
