Automotive "Flying Doctor" Technician (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage escalated technical cases by validating information, performing deep-dive analysis, and defining corrective actions.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to dealers and workshop teams, especially for electrical buses.
• Analyze vehicle fault codes, technical data, and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues.
• Prepare structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, including risks, trends, and improvement areas.
• Monitor case-ageing, recurrence, and fix-it-right-first-time KPIs, and contribute to technical knowledge bases and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex vehicle repair in a dealer, workshop, or OEM environment.
• Ability to translate OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear workshop repair instructions.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Logical, inquisitive, and proactive approach with the ability to work across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.
• Availability to work in a field-based role covering Serbia.
