What you will do

• Lead engineers and technical staff on infrastructure projects from planning and design through bidding and construction.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, technical quality, and team workload.
• Build and expand client relationships through networking, proposals, presentations, and responsive engineering solutions.
• Partner with division leadership on strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management across the western United States.
• Mentor staff and support talent development, succession planning, and long-term organizational sustainability.
• Refine and implement the firm’s growth strategy and manage the day-to-day operations and profitability of the Boise office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer registration in Idaho, or the ability to obtain it within six months.
• 10 or more years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Project management experience covering proposals, scopes, budgets, and successful project execution.
• Strong staff mentorship, performance management, strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
