What you will do

• Provide daily leadership and management for the South Site Design group.
• Manage staff dynamics, project prioritization, and alignment with team objectives.
• Monitor project performance, employee utilization, and workload to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee project management, quality control, and successful project execution.
• Facilitate professional development through goal setting, feedback, and mentoring.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for repeat clients and collaborate on new business pursuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or landscape architecture (Associate's with equivalent experience also accepted).
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• General proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Proven track record in meeting client expectations and retaining talent.
• Strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
