Group Leader - Site Design

Location: Oklahoma City, OK or Tulsa, OK office locations; ability to travel between these locations is required.

What you will do

• Lead daily management, staff coordination, group dynamics, project prioritization, and goal setting.
• Monitor project performance, employee utilization, workload, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee project management, quality control, execution, and successful project completion.
• Support employee development through goal setting, feedback, training, and mentoring.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure a high level of client service.
• Coordinate repeat-client marketing and new business pursuits, including proposals, interviews, and selection efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture, or a related field preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience may be accepted.
• At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of experience supervising others.
• General understanding of Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, leadership, management, collaboration, and client-service skills.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talented staff who deliver results.
