Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Location: McKinney, United States; onsite project leadership with Monday–Friday availability and flexibility for overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex engineering projects while managing quality, schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Serve as a principal client contact and build relationships that support repeat work and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, mentor Project Managers and technical staff, and oversee staffing and resource allocation.
• Review technical deliverables, lead QA/QC reviews, manage risks, and resolve project issues.
• Support business development through pursuits, RFQs, proposals, interviews, account growth, and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state or states required for project work.
• At least 8 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to mentor staff, guide Project Managers, and supervise teams of approximately 5–7 employees.
• Strong business development, communication, leadership, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
