Civil Project Engineer/Project Manager - Land Development

What you will do

• Provide project management and civil engineering services for commercial and residential site development.
• Design site infrastructure, including ponds, storm drains, roadways, utilities, and grading plans.
• Contribute to master planning studies, residential lot layouts, and flood control planning and design.
• Develop stream restoration and bridge scour assessment and design solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, review agencies, and design team members throughout project delivery.
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, drainage reports, and stormwater designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Experience with civil site and grading design, roadway or transportation design, and utility design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
