Automotive Franchise Operator / General Manager (Automotive)

Location: Greater St. Louis, Missouri, USA; full-time onsite role

Salary: USD 100,000–200,000 yearly

hirify.global operates a network of more than 300 automotive repair locations focused on transparent, precise service, integrity, modern diagnostic equipment, technician training, and customer care. This opening is at an independently owned and operated local franchise location.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of location operations and implement the hirify.global system.
• Drive store profitability, repair-order generation, ticket averages, car count, and labor and parts performance.
• Develop local marketing activities and manage the location’s web portal and online presence.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop local employees, including service managers, service writers, and automotive technicians.
• Follow up with customers after repairs and maintain strong service communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, high-volume work environment for employees and guests.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing service managers, service writers, and automotive technicians.
• Proven experience in automotive repair estimating, repair-order generation, retail sales, and service operations.
• Significant experience with KPI reporting, including ticket averages, car count, labor, and parts reporting.
• Windows PC and Microsoft Office skills; experience with TekMetric or a similar shop management system.
