Automotive Leadership Development Program

Location: Onsite at the Greenville/Woodruff Car Care Facility in South Carolina, United States. Service center hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; schedule and shift assignments depend on the technician position and level.

Salary: $55,000–$80,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential based on performance.

What you will do

• Rotate through customer service, sales, operations, and financial performance functions to learn how to run a Car Care Center.
• Manage daily operations, including payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, financial performance, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales and financial results and implement action plans to achieve performance and profitability goals.
• Recruit, schedule, develop, coach, and manage employees while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Partner with area and regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Resolve customer concerns, identify additional customer needs, and enforce workplace safety standards and corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least two years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports and providing face-to-face customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including performance analysis, risk assessment, and business decision-making.
• Ability to lead teams, build partnerships, communicate effectively, and achieve results through collaboration and accountability.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry automotive parts and equipment weighing up to approximately 80 pounds, work in heat, and remain on foot throughout the shift.
