Location: Beachwood, Ohio, USA; onsite retail store role

Base pay: $16.00–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent hirify.global values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and team development.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive, customer-centric store culture and hirify.global the team on clienteling strategies.
• Support HR matters, conflict resolution, policy compliance, and store operations when leadership is absent.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, communication, hirify.globaling, and team-building skills.
• Ability to provide direct feedback, handle ambiguity, drive results, and support strategic initiatives.
