Department Manager - Coronado Mall (Retail)

Location: 6600 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA; full-time, on-site role

Salary: $20.90–$24.04 per hour; non-exempt, hourly position

What you will do

• Lead and support the department team while building an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial store culture.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service, omnichannel execution, visual merchandising, product presentation, fitting-room, checkout, and returns routines.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and develop team members, including succession planning and performance management.
• Plan team schedules, communicate priorities through regular meetings, and coordinate with the in-store Visual Merchandiser team.
• Maintain stock levels, stockroom organization, garment-care standards, in-store technology, health and safety routines, and daily store opening and closing.
