Assistant General Manager - Jared Jewelers - Colorado Mills

Location: Jared Jewelers - Colorado Mills, Lakewood, Colorado, United States. Full-time, in-store role with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.

Base pay: $16.50–$21.00 per hour, plus commission on sales. Final pay is based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and consistent execution.
• Reinforce conversion, appointments, clienteling, follow-up, and relationship-building behaviors.
• Lead customer interactions from the sales floor and resolve concerns within company guidelines.
• Execute visual standards, promotions, inventory controls, compliance, and security procedures.
• Coach, onboard, train, recognize, and develop store team members in collaboration with the General Manager.
