Senior Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States

Compensation: $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the sign-on bonus program.

What you will do

• Design and evaluate advanced water and wastewater treatment systems focused on efficiency and sustainability.
• Lead the creation and review of construction plans, master reports, and other critical project documents.
• Provide technical guidance and uphold quality standards across projects and teams.
• Manage project resources and delivery schedules across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies on permits and compliance.
• Oversee construction observation and management through project completion.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong understanding of the technical and regulatory aspects of water infrastructure.
• B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
