Senior Wastewater Engineer

Location: New Richmond, Wisconsin; candidates must reside in Western Wisconsin or Eastern Minnesota. Employees residing in Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Puerto Rico cannot be hired at this time. Relocation candidates may indicate their willingness to relocate.

Base compensation: $110,000–$125,000 annually, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Design and deliver wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
• Develop solutions for complex water and wastewater challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technical professionals across disciplines.
• Partner with project managers to strengthen client relationships and deliver successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience designing and constructing municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations.
• 5+ years of experience designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients.
• Experience with multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
