Healthcare Management Consultant (Early Career)

Location: California, United States

Compensation: $115,000–$140,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Conduct operational assessments across health plan administration, ambulatory and acute care, revenue cycle, project management offices, and information technology.
• Deliver findings and strategic recommendations to client leadership.
• Plan and implement data analytics strategies, including infrastructure, tools, and processes that improve data management maturity.
• Organize and update health system provider data for CMS risk-sharing and direct-contracting innovation programs.
• Support design work, financial analysis, utilization initiatives, and implementation planning for Medicare portfolio projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in California.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of management consulting and healthcare experience.
• Experience across healthcare management areas such as process improvement, care delivery, regulatory compliance, quality management, provider experience, IT and analytics, program management, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, analyze, and communicate significant amounts of information with strategic focus.
• Excellent written, oral, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
