Healthcare Consulting Senior Manager - Value Based Care

Location: Principally in-person across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts, with approximately 50%–75% overnight travel throughout the region. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity, with the range varying by geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead and support projects involving network strategy analytics, clinical integration, ambulatory efficiency, physician alignment, and value-based care.
• Identify and solve challenges affecting clinical care and value-based performance.
• Advise clients on using healthcare system data to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare analytics and revenue cycle consulting teams.
• Build and manage a portfolio of projects and proposals from concept through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience with a history of selling consulting work.
• Project management experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience with an electronic health record system such as Cerner, Epic, Meditech, or Allscripts is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Clinical licensure such as RN, RPh, or PharmD.
• Clinical leadership experience at manager, director, or higher level.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Japanese-English or Chinese-English bilingual proficiency may qualify for an exception to the sponsorship requirement.
