Family Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)

Location: Leesburg, Florida, United States; 20 hours per week with in-person and virtual patient visits. On-site credentialing required.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual primary care visits.
• Diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and develop personalized health plans.
• Support early intervention, chronic disease management, prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA registration.
• Experience treating patients aged 2 and older.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
