Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Primary Care)

Location: Onsite at 720 City Center Drive, Suite 140, Carmel, IN 46032, United States. Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; 24 hours per week.

Salary: $69,000–$90,000 per year for a 24-hour-per-week schedule.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct routine wellness appointments and urgent visits.
• Practice autonomously while focusing on patient outcomes rather than production or fee-for-service volume.
• Collaborate through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For Physician Assistants: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
