What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Practice autonomously while focusing on patient outcomes rather than patient volume or billing.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and collaborate through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.

Requirements

• Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
