Manager, Practice Solutions (Legal Technology and AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute adoption and change-management strategies for legal technologies across assigned practices or offices.
• Lead technology implementations, including stakeholder engagement, testing, training, launch, and post-launch support.
• Serve as product owner for a portfolio of legal technology and AI-enabled applications, maintaining roadmaps, backlogs, releases, and governance.
• Develop practical, use-case-based training and self-service materials for lawyers and business professionals.
• Gather user needs through interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow reviews, translating them into requirements and adoption plans.
• Measure utilization, engagement, satisfaction, training participation, and workflow impact to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in change management, technology adoption, legal technology, training, or a related field.
• Experience in a law firm, legal department, legal technology company, or professional services environment.
• Ability to guide professionals through technology and workflow changes and translate user needs into practical use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work in New York and meet the role’s physical requirements, including extended sitting and standing and lifting up to 15 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience leading technology adoption in a law firm or legal environment.
• Experience supporting lawyers, practice groups, or geographically distributed teams.
• Formal change-management training such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Familiarity with legal technology, legal workflows, and adoption analytics.
