Product Manager (Agentic Operations) (AI agent workflows): Designing and delivering AI-native workflows that diagnose processes, build agent-driven prototypes, and move solutions through pilot, governance, measurement, and platform handoff with an accent on hands-on product management and process transformation. Focus on building auditable agent systems, defining decision rights and escalation paths, measuring business outcomes, and scaling validated workflows with platform engineering.
Location: Hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations; specific expectations are shared during the recruitment process.
Salary: $196,350–$292,600 per year, with final compensation determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do
- Partner with process-owning teams to map current workflows, decision points, tools, cycle times, and bottlenecks.
- Define target outcomes and design future-state workflows using AI agents while preserving essential human judgment and accountability.
- Build working prototypes in code using AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Pilot solutions with first users, provide training and support, gather feedback, and iterate toward adoption.
- Define governance controls, audit trails, access scopes, escalation triggers, and trust-progression criteria.
- Measure outcomes, hand validated workflows to platform engineering, and contribute reusable patterns to the team library.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience leading end-to-end process redesign and transformation engagements from diagnosis through implementation.
- Hands-on fluency with LLMs, coding assistants, and agent frameworks; familiarity with Cursor and Claude Code is preferred.
- Strong process design, structured thinking, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work through security, legal, compliance, and platform engineering reviews while preserving the intended product design.
- Comfort defining ambiguous problems and operating in environments where requirements evolve based on evidence.
Nice to have
- Experience with additional orchestration platforms and agent frameworks.
- Background in a major strategy or consulting firm's AI, digital, or engineering practice.
- Experience owning production deployments of agent-driven or AI-augmented workflows at a scaled technology company.
- Founding or early operating experience at a startup building agent-native products.
