Product Manager, Agentic Operations (AI)

TL;DR

Product Manager, Agentic Operations (AI): Designing and implementing AI-native workflows and agent-driven solutions to optimize internal high-value processes with an accent on process redesign and prototype development. Focus on building working AI agent prototypes in code, defining governance frameworks, and scaling these solutions through platform engineering.

Location: Remote (US). Hybrid environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $196,350 - $292,600

What you will do

• Partner with internal leaders to diagnose current-state processes and define desired outcomes.
• Design future-state workflows utilizing AI agents to accelerate and augment human work.
• Build hands-on prototypes using AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Pilot solutions with early users, iterate based on feedback, and document results.
• Establish governance, audit trails, and cost controls for safe and scalable AI deployment.
• Transition validated workflows to platform engineering for organization-wide scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Track record of end-to-end process redesign and implementation in consulting or internal AI teams.
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs, coding assistants, and agent frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong stakeholder management and process design skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cursor and Claude Code.
• Background in a founding or early operating role at an agent-native startup.
