Senior Manager, Practice Insights & AI

Location: Hybrid, based in any U.S. office — Century City, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York, or Washington, D.C.

Annual compensation: $250,000–$290,000, depending on qualifications and operational considerations.

What you will do

• Lead strategic business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution across practices and offices.
• Analyze how AI and emerging technologies are changing legal service delivery and identify opportunities to improve operations and client service.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with objectives, milestones, outcomes, and competitive considerations.
• Design performance frameworks and use data-driven insights to measure initiative impact, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate risks.
• Advise the Chief Legal Operations Officer, practice leaders, attorneys, and internal stakeholders on organizational structures, resource allocation, and operational priorities.
• Coordinate change adoption, process improvements, and cultural changes across the firm.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the listed U.S. offices.
• 5–7 years of experience in a law firm or professional services organization in a similar role.
• Proven experience in project management, practice management, legal project management, business development, or legal operations.
• Strong strategic analysis, critical-thinking, communication, facilitation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of legal market trends and how AI and emerging technologies are shaping legal services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
