Enterprise AI Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, NY; in-office 4 days per week

Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support the Enterprise AI roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and translating business use cases into product and solution plans.
• Design, prototype, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications, dashboards, workflows, agents, and Skills.
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise AI productivity and coding platforms, including vendor evaluation, deployment, adoption, and portfolio optimization.
• Partner with Legal & Compliance, Security, Data Science, business users, and vertical technology teams on governed AI delivery.
• Support AI training, communications, enablement, and the Citizen Developer Program to increase responsible platform adoption.
• Analyze usage and adoption data, report outcomes to leadership, and drive measurable efficiency gains, time savings, and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant technical experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms or AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex.
• Ability to write code and independently build working prototypes using Python or a comparable scripting language.
• Practical experience with Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and agent or workflow design.
• Familiarity with AI governance, security reviews, vendor compliance, Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or alternative investments, plus strong cross-functional communication and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications in AI, Computer Science, or Product Management.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI training, enablement content, or change management initiatives.
• Experience building internal tooling, dashboards, or automation workflows with APIs, scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms.
