Senior Manager, Technology Enablement (Legal Technology)

Location: Hybrid schedule with in-office presence required in Boston, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Chicago, or San Francisco, United States.

Salary: $136,800–$248,725 annually, depending on office location and experience.

What you will do

• Own the Practice Group's legal technology portfolio and maximize adoption, utilization, and return on investment.
• Partner with attorneys, clients, executives, and operational teams to identify business needs and improve technology-enabled service delivery.
• Lead enterprise and Practice Group initiatives from planning through implementation, including business cases, ROI analyses, steering committees, and change management.
• Apply Lean principles, process mapping, KPIs, governance frameworks, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technology consulting, demonstrations, attorney education, and support for client pitches involving core eDiscovery platforms.
• Evaluate vendors, emerging technologies, proof-of-concept initiatives, and market trends to inform technology investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience in a large law firm, legal service provider, or in-house corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of legal technology, including Relativity and AI solutions.
• Excellent communication, consulting, customer service, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, executive presence, business acumen, budgeting, financial analysis, business case development, and portfolio management experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule from one of the specified United States offices.
