Manager, AI & Advisory Solutions (AI)

Location: Century City, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York City, or Washington, D.C.

Annual compensation: $240,000–$260,000, depending on qualifications and operational considerations.

What you will do

• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled eDiscovery and litigation-support workflows across the firm.
• Identify, evaluate, pilot, and scale generative AI, technology-assisted review, and advanced analytics use cases across the litigation lifecycle.
• Reengineer workflows, maintain SOPs and process documentation, and improve quality, speed, proportionality, defensibility, and cost control.
• Align responsible AI adoption with confidentiality, attorney supervision, data security, information governance, and data-privacy requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop eDiscovery Advisors and Subject Matter Experts while balancing workloads and improving team capabilities.
• Advise legal teams, deliver training, represent Global Practice Services in cross-functional initiatives, and manage technology vendors, pricing, forecasts, and service agreements.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery best practices from data identification through trial services.
• At least 10 years of hands-on legal technology and eDiscovery experience.
• At least 5 years of experience directly managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with legal generative AI and eDiscovery AI tools, AI adoption, innovation, or workflow-transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing high-stakes, complex, cross-border eDiscovery matters and working with legal teams, clients, vendors, and outside experts.
• Proficiency with Relativity, RelativityOne, DISCO, and Opus2; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Nice to have

• JD or master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in an AmLaw firm or comparable professional-services environment.
• Familiarity with emerging AI-driven review and analytics technologies.
