Operations Associate I (Medical Devices)

Location: Chattanooga, United States; onsite manufacturing role

hirify.global develops and manufactures medical devices and components, including nitinol components, stents, balloon catheters, delivery systems, biomedical textiles, access kits, polymer tubing, and guidewires.

What you will do

• Manufacture medical device balloons according to specifications.
• Read and accurately follow product drawings, work procedures, and other production documentation.
• Complete process logs and required manufacturing records.
• Follow good manufacturing practices, including line clearance and work instructions.
• Prioritize multiple process responsibilities and execute tasks independently.
• Communicate problems and request clarification from a supervisor or lead.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 0–2 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English required to read, write, understand, and communicate simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
• Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand and walk frequently, use the arms, hands, and fingers, lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, and provide proof of 20/20 or better unaided or corrected vision.
