Production Associate I (Balloons) Third Shift (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Salem, New Hampshire, USA; third shift

What you will do

• Manufacture medical components in a controlled cleanroom environment under supervision.
• Operate basic balloon machines, cutters, scissors, air tools, and measurement equipment.
• Perform manual production, visual inspection, physical measurements, and packaging of finished products.
• Enter manufacturing process data into computer software and follow the quality management system.
• Handle small, delicate medical-grade components with precision and dexterity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to read and follow written specifications and procedures after training.
• Basic computer and math skills, manual dexterity, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 35–50 lb as applicable.
• Ability to work cooperatively under supervision and comply with safety, GMP, and documentation requirements.
