Project Coordinator (AI)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. The role may require up to 20% travel, extended or irregular hours, and support for projects across multiple time zones. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Serve as a communication and leadership point for project teams.
• Create, manage, and distribute daily and weekly project status updates.
• Maintain project assets, communications, and related databases.
• Coordinate associates and track project progress to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Adopt digital automation tools and AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Intermediate proficiency with common business tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools.
• Ability to identify process-improvement opportunities through technology adoption.
