What you will do
- Support project managers with internal and external communications, project data management, and ATM installation monitoring.
- Coordinate site surveys, third-party rigging vendors, technician assignments, dispatches, installation schedules, and field support resources.
- Track ERP orders, ATM and equipment deliveries, signage, software, initialization kits, and related shipments.
- Monitor staging, rigging, installation, bring-live, cash-in-transit, and day-of-install activities through completion.
- Maintain accurate project, order, dispatch, serial-number, asset, and installation-status records in EPM QuickBase and SharePoint.
- Resolve or escalate scheduling, delivery, documentation, and installation issues while supporting customer acceptance, transition, and billing.
Requirements
- University degree, college diploma, or relevant industry experience.
- At least 2 years of project coordination or project management experience in ATM deployment or a related industry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing timelines and multiple priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with QuickBase, EPM, and ServiceNow.
- Proven project delivery record, strong attention to detail, urgency, and integrity.
