IT Business Management Analyst III

Location: On-site at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, or Austin, Texas. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Expected compensation: $109,202–$133,469 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain IT budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Monitor IT operating and capital expenditures and perform variance analysis across hardware, software, personnel, and third-party labor.
• Support cost allocation models for IT services across departments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for IT and corporate finance leadership.
• Assist with vendor invoice processing, contract analysis, procurement compliance, and business cases for IT initiatives.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support IT strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency with financial management tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
• Experience analyzing IT costs, project-based accounting, or finance in a technology environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

• Understanding of CapEx and OpEx financial management concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop project plans with minimal supervision.
