Business Intelligence Analyst - Global Logistics Supplier Management (B2) (Global Logistics)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Relocation eligible; domestic and international travel required at approximately 10%.

Salary: $76,000–$104,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead logistics supplier RFP analytics using Coupa Sourcing Optimization, including supplier response validation, bid analysis, historical re-rating, and rate repository maintenance.
• Extract, cleanse, normalize, and analyze complex datasets from Applied databases and sourcing platforms.
• Develop reports with the Data Architecture team and provide actionable recommendations to Commodity Business Managers during commercial negotiations.
• Support supplier management projects, contract lifecycle management, contract database maintenance, and Freight Audit & Payment integration.
• Analyze fuel surcharge schedules, historical trends, current events, and their impact on overall logistics costs.
• Track currency exchange rates and assess their financial impact on commercial contracts.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive data management experience focused on global logistics activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including nested formulas, pivot tables, financial functions, and analysis of very large datasets.
• Knowledge of logistics networks, transportation, warehousing, crating and packaging, supply chain, procurement, contracting, and business finance.
• Experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization and Contract Lifecycle Management, including event creation, supplier engagement, bid analysis, and contract execution workflows.
• BA/BS in business, management information systems, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, financial, and business skills; flexibility to coordinate internationally and travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Lean and Six Sigma experience.
• Tableau reporting experience.
• NAPM and/or APICS certification.
