Marketing Operations Manager (Investment Marketing)

Location: Los Angeles, CA; flexible hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote per week. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 starting base salary, plus applicable bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end creation, updating, approval, and production of investment collateral, including fact sheets, commentaries, presentations, and related materials.
• Coordinate investment teams, marketing, compliance, operations, and external design and printing vendors.
• Lead quarterly production cycles across investment strategies, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Design, document, and maintain standardized workflows, project tracking, version control, approvals, and handoffs.
• Improve production efficiency through tools, templates, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, investment marketing, creative services, or production management, preferably in investment management, asset management, or financial services.
• Experience managing complex, deadline-driven production cycles; quarter-end experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with investment collateral and regulated content approval workflows.
• Strong project management, process management, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required. Visa sponsorship and OPT/CPT support are not available.
