Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract)

What you will do

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, G&A, and other business functions.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through research, communities, networks, sourcing platforms, and personalized outreach.
• Source technical and specialized talent in infrastructure, networking, security, developer tools, and cloud technologies.
• Conduct talent research, market mapping, and competitive analysis to evaluate pipeline health and candidate availability.
• Build inclusive talent pipelines and broaden access through new networks, communities, and sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Operations, Sourcers, and hiring teams while improving sourcing tools, workflows, data quality, automation, and AI-enabled practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth technology companies or competitive talent environments.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, or G&A.
• Ability to understand complex roles and translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Strong research, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, including personalized passive-candidate outreach.
• Experience using sourcing platforms and ATS technology, with interest in AI, automation, and emerging sourcing tools.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical startups or developer tools, infrastructure, networking, security, or cloud environments.
• Experience sourcing through GitHub, open-source projects, technical communities, or other nontraditional channels.
• Experience supporting distributed teams, difficult-to-fill, leadership, or confidential searches.
• Experience building talent maps, conducting competitive research, and contributing to collaborative sourcing sessions.
