Senior Sourcer - Contract to Hire (AI)

Location: Remote within the continental United States; primarily supporting Pacific Time hiring managers.

Starting compensation: $58–$72 per hour, with geographic tiers ranging from $55.32–$83.71 per hour based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across software, hardware, product, AI, and G&A to develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Build diverse, high-quality pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, referrals, technical communities, and creative sourcing channels.
• Research and engage passive candidates across technical disciplines, including specialized hardware and AI systems roles.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights, candidate calibration, and recommendations based on pipeline data.
• Track pipeline health, outreach response, and conversion metrics to improve sourcing performance.
• Select and champion sourcing tools and AI-enabled recruiting technology while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing for both software and hardware or AI-focused technical roles, including knowledge of silicon and chip design, embedded systems, or ML infrastructure.
• Proven success building pipelines, engaging hard-to-reach passive candidates, and supporting the hiring of senior technical talent.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or Greenhouse CRM.
• Experience supporting R&D and G&A functions and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Strong communication, candidate management, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
