Quality Supervisor (Automotive)

Location: Leskovac, Serbia; onsite production-line role

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop the production-line quality team, including Quality Engineers, Quality Team Leaders, and Quality Inspectors.
• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures aligned with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance indicators such as FTQ, PPM, and Scrap.
• Develop and execute the project Quality Improvement Plan and A3 strategy.
• Analyze customer claims and internal defects, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain Control Plans and the Quality Management System, contribute to PFMEA, and participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Completed VI or VII degree university or higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive quality.
• Knowledge of QMS (EOS), IATF and VDA standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Fluent English is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
