Staff HR Analyst

Location: Hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, California; Austin, Texas; or Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $100,000–$175,000 annually, including base and variable compensation targets

What you will do

• Own global compensation calendars, review cycles, offer governance, and supporting HR data end to end.
• Act as a decision-support partner for HRBPs, managers, recruiters, and leadership on compensation matters.
• Manage complex offers and equity allocations, including benchmarking, equity budgeting, and dilution analysis.
• Build and operate reporting and analytics products that enable non-analysts to answer questions independently.
• Partner with systems and operations owners to align metric definitions and improve data quality at the source.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a comparable data-focused role.
• Ownership of at least one reporting or analytics product from conception through delivery.
• Current hands-on SQL skills for extracting, shaping, validating, and investigating data.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or an equivalent BI tool, with measurable user adoption.
• Ability to explain analytical concepts and metric definitions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Santa Clara, Austin, or Toronto.
