HR Operations Specialist (HR Analytics)

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, United States; full-time onsite role supporting U.S. distribution and manufacturing sites.

Hiring salary range: $65,224–$82,466 per year.

What you will do

• Design and manage onboarding programs that support associate readiness and early engagement across U.S. sites.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, belonging, and associate connection.
• Analyze turnover trends, exit interviews, engagement surveys, and retention metrics to identify root causes and recommend interventions.
• Build stay interview programs and proactive retention strategies for high-risk roles and teams.
• Track associate experience metrics and present insights, recommendations, and action plans to HR leaders.
• Document and roll out HR standard operating procedures while supporting cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or directly related year-for-year experience.
• At least 3 years of human resources experience in associate engagement, onboarding program management, or HR analytics.
• Experience analyzing engagement data, survey results, turnover trends, exit interviews, and retention metrics.
• Experience developing HR dashboards, reporting, and data visualizations that translate workforce data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Experience creating standard operating procedures and driving process standardization in HR or operations environments.
