Contract Instructional Designer / Developer (Articulate 360)

Location: United States only

Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, flexible based on experience

Learning and development staffing agency providing on-demand instructional design and training talent for client organizations.

What you will do

• Design and develop complete product training courses in Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline, from concept through launch.
• Use Rise for storyboarding and create program outlines, content outlines, design documents, and detailed storyboards.
• Create facilitator and participant guides for instructor-led training programs.
• Develop assessment strategies and integrate activities, videos, simulations, and other interactive elements.
• Create and edit graphics, audio, video, and other multimedia assets to support learning objectives.
• Curate content from subject matter experts and other sources while collaborating with offshore development teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven instructional design experience using Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to curate content into cohesive learning experiences.
• Ability to create and edit multimedia assets, including graphics, audio, and video.
• Experience working effectively with offshore development teams in a global production environment.
• Availability for a 24-hour production cycle, tight deadlines, and a portfolio demonstrating Articulate 360 course design and development.
