Trainer (Instructional Design)

What you will do

• Design and deliver healthcare learning courses and programs aligned with learning objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop eLearning storyboards, courses, audio and video scripts, facilitator and participant guides, job aids, templates, assessments, quizzes, simulations, case studies, and practice exercises.
• Conduct skill needs and task analysis, develop learning solutions, and secure stakeholder approvals.
• Review, rewrite, proofread, and finalize instructional content with healthcare domain experts, ensuring consistency across learning materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, deployment teams, and external vendors to deliver materials according to specifications.
• Review development work and share instructional design best practices to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Any graduate degree or diploma.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a content writer and instructional designer.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, collaboration skills, and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to create effective instructional text, facilitator materials, audio and video scripts, and design documents.
• Ability to work independently across content writing and instructional design activities.
• Must be based in the United States for the Work@Home arrangement.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience with learning management systems and virtual classroom software.
