Instructional Designer

What you will do

• Design sales enablement and marketing-aligned learning assets, including e-learning, ILT/VILT content, and blended learning solutions.
• Create launch training, sales decks, demo support materials, microlearning, client-facing job aids, flyers, and participation guides.
• Lead instructional design projects from conception through delivery while ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Administer and manage users on the Absorb LMS.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using engagement metrics, adoption data, and stakeholder feedback, then improve content accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Training, Sales, and Performance consultants to support product adoption, sales readiness, and client confidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, HR, Organizational Development, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in instructional design, multimedia design, or ILT/VILT content development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Rise, and Vyond.
• Professional e-learning development experience.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience or knowledge of GAP and MMP products.
