What you will do

• Apply instructional design strategies to create course- and lesson-level content that supports learner performance.
• Design and develop e-learning, blended learning, and instructor-led training solutions.
• Create application-level test questions and scenario-based assessments.
• Manage and successfully deliver multiple instructional design projects concurrently.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and collaborators.

Requirements

• Proven experience with instructional design strategies and learner-focused content development.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning and blended learning solutions.
• Experience creating instructor-led training.
• Skills in Articulate and Captivate 9.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience using learning management systems.
