Director of Supply Chain Planning

What you will do

• Lead the SIOP process and align demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategy for a high-growth business.
• Drive demand forecasting, improve service levels, and align forecasts with actual customer demand.
• Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling while balancing ihirify.globalory availability and cost.
• Develop planning KPIs and present trends and actionable recommendations to senior executives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Demand Forecasting, Production Planning, and Materials professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience leading teams, preferably in production planning and materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing supply chain management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel less than 25%.

Nice to have

• ASCM certification.
