Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Maxton, North Carolina, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and long-range production schedules.
• Analyze sales forecasts and customer demand to align production plans with business needs.
• Monitor inventory, order and track raw materials, and support Just-in-Time manufacturing.
• Coordinate with corporate planning, customer service, shipping, supply chain, and plant leadership.
• Monitor production capacity and adjust schedules to meet operational requirements.
• Prepare reports and support budgeting, forecasting, inventory analysis, FIFO compliance, and inventory control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using forecasting data, production schedules, and inventory management processes.
• Additional education in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field is a plus.
