Master Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Sussex, Wisconsin, USA; coordination across manufacturing facilities in Berlin, Beaver Dam, Allmand, and Enercon.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, customer service objectives, production capacity, and material availability.
• Lead supply planning for assigned product lines and manufacturing locations, coordinating requirements with manufacturing, materials, procurement, sales, and operations teams.
• Facilitate supply review meetings within the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and communicate risks, constraints, and mitigation plans.
• Manage SAP planning parameters and data to support accurate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) execution.
• Analyze inventory, production schedules, capacity utilization, planning KPIs, and supply chain performance to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics while supporting new product introductions, business growth, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of supply planning, production planning, scheduling, inventory planning, or related supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of supply planning, production planning, inventory management, forecasting, ERP systems, and MRP processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with large datasets and planning models.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI and with multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply chain certification.
• Seven years of supply planning, master planning, production planning, scheduling, or SIOP experience.
• Advanced SAP planning, Power BI, and supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience leading supply review meetings and optimizing complex, multi-site manufacturing networks.
