Senior Technical Analyst & System Administrator (Wealth Management)

Location: Clayton, Missouri, United States; onsite role

Annual salary: $93,000–$109,000, based on experience, skills, and competencies.

What you will do

• Own, design, build, and deliver roadmap projects for incentive compensation and performance management systems.
• Capture business requirements, configure systems, design workflows, analyze and test results, and implement solutions.
• Provide technical direction, maintenance, and support for department applications across test and production environments.
• Manage application, process, policy, and configuration documentation for internal users.
• Identify and resolve incidents while partnering with internal information systems teams, vendors, and management.
• Plan and execute process improvements and broader departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and project management.
• Extensive experience with Excel and database environments, including advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of operations, governance, controls, integrations, workflow solutions, database concepts, access controls, and reporting analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions, perform data validation, develop processes, and use some SQL.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Workday, Performio, Databricks, or Salesforce.
• Experience with compensation or performance metrics.
• Experience in investments, banking, or the broader financial industry.
